What is Pilates?
The Pilates method is a unique system of
stretching and strengthening exercises developed more than 90 years ago
by Joseph Pilates. Pilates can transform the way your body looks, feels
and performs. It builds strength without bulk and creates a sleek toned
body. It also teaches body awareness, good posture and easy graceful
movement. Pilates is a safe and sensible exercise system that will help
you look and feel your best.
How do I get started?
If you are new to Pilates we recommend
starting with our Introductory package. This package includes 3- 60
minute sessions at a discounted rate. In these 3 sessions you will
learn the fundamentals of Pilates to insure you get the most out of your
practice. Upon completion of the intro package, you can choose to
continue private sessions or move into Duets.
