Donna Zaloom, owner of Longevity Pilates, is passionate about Pilates and loves sharing her passion with her students. She has been teaching Pilates for the past decade and has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels.  Donna is certified by Powerhouse Pilates and the Kane School in NYC.  Along with her Pilates certifications, Donna is also a certified Personal Trainer (NESTA) and a Certified Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist (Pink Ribbon Program, BCES). A strong believer in continuing education, Donna has studied with many of the most respected names in the Pilates world including Kelly Kane, Moira Stott, Alan Herdman, and Mari Winsor.  Donna was nominated by Exercise TV, as 2008 Top Pilates Trainer of the year.  Click Here

 

Patrice Dlugos holds a full certification in intensive and advanced mat and apparatus training from Stott Pilates in Toronto, Canada.  In addition, she holds a certification with AFAA as a personal trainer.  Prior to her training career, Patrice performed as a dancer and singer on Broadway and then for years as a Radio City Rockette.  Patrice believes in teaching an informative Pilates class that helps you learn how to really use your body and get into great shape.  “I am constantly amazed at the progress my students continue to achieve at any age with this amazing mind/body workout".

 

Cathy DeLitizia holds certifications through Power Pilates and PHI Pilates and has been teaching for two years. She fell in love with Pilates the first time she took a class with Longevity Pilates owner Donna Zaloom and has been studying with her for 10 years. She is an avid runner and exercise enthusiast who knows first hand how much Pilates can enhance your performance.

 

Laura Martin Harrell has been practicing Pilates since 1989. She has studied extensively with many accomplished teachers, such as Bob Leikens, Cary Regan and Phoebe Higgins. She completed a comprehensive training program and apprenticeship with Deborah Lessen, a second generation master teacher and one of the most respected leaders in the field. Laura began teaching Pilates in 1995, and also has extensive experience teaching fitness, both in group classes and private instruction. Laura is a former dancer, having performed and taught dance at various institutions, such as SUNY Purchase and Trinity College.
